Job summary

My3tech is seeking a Data Analyst in Raleigh, NC for a hybrid role focused on turning data into actionable insights. You will work with Databricks PySpark to analyze large datasets, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality.

You will partner with stakeholders and a technical lead to align data solutions with business needs. You will contribute to design discussions, plan with the development team, and build data products that empower dashboards and APIs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Databricks PySpark analytics experience.
• Strong Spark SQL proficiency for analyzing large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Databricks native tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, create mappings, develop dashboards, ensure data quality and integrity.
• Query and analyze datasets using Spark SQL in Databricks.
• Collaborate with data engineers to deliver high-quality data products.
• Develop detailed data mappings to support data integration and transformation.
• Design dashboards using Power BI or Databricks visualization tools to communicate insights.
• Create Gold-layer data products to support dashboards, APIs and UI tools.
• Document data pipelines, mappings, models and dashboard functionality.
• Perform statistical analysis, data mining and machine learning to uncover patterns and insights.
