Job summary

Stefanini Group in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a Data Analyst – Database Design with 1+ year in data engineering and 3+ years in database design. Hybrid work arrangement in a collaborative environment using SQL, Python, and data modeling to deliver scalable data products.

You will partner with product owners, BI developers and business leads to design data models, build ETL pipelines, and ensure data quality across sources, dashboards, and reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Data Engineering/Modeling.
• 3+ years Database Design.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MDS, BI Developers and Business Leads to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Develop UAT/SIT test cases based on data product requirements.
• Support scoping, building, testing, and maintaining data pipelines and data models.
• Analyze data sources for integrity and drive continuous improvement.
• Document data governance processes for reusability.
