Visionaire Partners seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, deploy, and manage security systems protecting enterprise and OT networks. You will contribute to SOC maturity, incident response, audits, and vendor budgeting while mentoring team members.

Responsibilities include configuring firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and participating in SOC operations. Candidates should have 6+ years in security, SIEM, and cross‑platform exposure, with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 6+ years focused on network infrastructure and security.
• Hands-on with enterprise Firewalls, Remote Access, and NAC systems.
• Strong background with SIEM platforms and threat monitoring.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Understanding of encryption, vulnerability scanners, and threat vectors.
• Ability to participate in off-hours incident response.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and NAC platforms.
• Contribute to SOC operations and incident response.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and policy compliance tracking.
• Lead complex infrastructure projects and guide peers.
• Assist leadership with vendor evaluations and budgeting.
• Handle hands-on racking, cabling, and hardware maintenance.
