Job summary

Leidos’ Digital Sector seeks Cyber Analysts to join the Defensive Cyber Operations team in Washington, DC. Roles are hybrid with up to 20% telework; core hours 0600–1600 with 24/7 rotating shifts.

The position supports protecting federal networked systems from threats to national security. Responsibilities include threat hunting, intelligence reporting, and cyber fusion activities, with collaboration across Hunt, Intel, Engineering, and Fusion functions.

Qualifications

• Current DoD TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Level III/IV education and years of relevant work experience as specified in posting.
• DoD 8570 CSSP Analyst certification within 180 days of onboarding.
• DoD 8570 CSSP Infrastructure Support certification within 180 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hypothesis-driven hunt campaigns.
• Query telemetry across cloud, identity, and network to surface attacks.
• Partner with detection engineering to convert hunt findings into detection rules.
• Build automation for countermeasure deployment and asset isolation.
• Maintain single source of truth for prioritized threat data.
