Job summary

Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to members and volunteers, providing accurate information, guidance, and support across programs, systems, and registration platforms. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and carries a competitive hourly range of $21.04–$23.14.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a help desk environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely assistance to members via email, phone, and in person, using multiple software platforms and documenting interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of Council programs, services, and systems to deliver accurate information.
• Create, manage, and resolve cases in Salesforce and other CRM systems with complete documentation and timely follow-up.
• Assist customers with registration processes and troubleshoot technical or account issues.
• Make regular inbound and outbound calls to gather information and provide updates to members.
