Job summary

Molnlycke Health Care in Norcross, GA, is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist for the Americas in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). You will manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and drive collections to support cash flow.

You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and other stakeholders, performing credit reviews, risk assessments, and process improvements. Strong Excel and SAP skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Order-to-Cash experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts and collections activities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working within an ERP system (SAP experience strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts across the Americas region.
• Drive collections activities and proactively reduce overdue balances.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues, disputes, deductions, and claims.
• Support credit reviews, credit limit recommendations, and customer risk assessments.
• Analyze account trends, payment history, and financial information to support business decisions.
• Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as a trusted resource for Credit & Collections best practices and guidance.
