Shaw Contract is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Creative Team in Cartersville, GA. You will coordinate multiple creative projects, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and support the Shaw Contract brand.

Work closely with the Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Designers and Marketing to keep projects on track. The role is hybrid and located at our campus in Cartersville, GA.

Qualifications

• 4-year business/marketing degree or relevant experience.
• Excellent problem solver with ownership and collaboration.
• Strong project management, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Workfront preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple creative projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Define tasks, establish project plans, and allocate resources.
• Track Workfront workflows and traffic from concept to completion.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Support archiving of files/assets and continuous workflow improvements.
• Monitor designers’ workload and remove barriers to productivity.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, Designers, and Marketing.
