Job summary

First Calvary Baptist Church is seeking a Creative Director of Media & Production to lead and coordinate the church’s media ministries. The role covers audio, video, lighting, livestreaming, worship presentation, and digital outreach, with a focus on high-quality content and mission alignment.

The position is hybrid, requires Sunday availability and occasional evenings, and involves managing budgets, equipment, and volunteer teams to support worship services and church programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Audio Engineering, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in audio engineering, video production, livestreaming, media technology, or digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee media and production operations for worship services, Bible studies, events, and church activities, including audio, video, lighting, livestreaming, and worship presentation.
• Ensure excellence in technical execution, including sound quality, camera operation, video presentation, and online broadcasts.
• Recruit, train, schedule, lead, and develop volunteers serving in audio, video, livestreaming, social media, photography, and other media ministries.
• Develop innovative content that engages both members and the wider community.
• Oversee digital content creation, including promotional videos, sermon clips, graphics, photography, and social media materials.
