Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to handle sophisticated real estate matters for clients across Ohio and nationwide. You will draft and negotiate leases and purchase agreements, review financing documents, and coordinate with deal counsel and clients to assemble required file materials.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of CRE experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate law experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience handling lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase agreements, and related documents.
• Interface with deal counsel and clients to obtain necessary documentation.
• Review and negotiate financing agreements with lenders.
