Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of clinical research-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Science, Sociology or related field).

Responsibilities

• Screen potential patients for protocol eligibility and explain non-medical trial concepts.
• Schedule research visits and procedures.
• Document changes in patient condition and adverse events on Case Report Forms.
• Maintain accurate source documents and timely data collection.
• Coordinate monitoring, auditing, and sponsor queries responses.
• Communicate with IRB/Regulatory bodies and assist with study budgeting as needed.
• Support patient enrollment strategies and improve study efficiency.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and GCP compliance.
