Job summary

AUX Partners is seeking a Coupa Implementation Consultant to join its Kansas City team in a hybrid role based in Overland Park, KS. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Coupa experience and will work directly with clients to tailor procurement solutions, optimize processes, and support go-live activities.

You will configure Coupa modules, lead implementations, and coordinate with ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, and Workday while ensuring user adoption and long-term process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa modules: P2P, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts and SIM.
• Understanding of procurement, accounts payable and finance processes.
• Experience with ERP integrations; exposure to SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics or Workday.
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and suggest improvements.
• Coupa certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Coupa modules such as P2P, Sourcing, Expenses, Contracts and SIM.
• Partner with clients to understand procurement and finance workflows and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Lead Coupa implementations from discovery through go-live and testing.
• Build and improve procurement workflows, approvals, and system functionality.
• Support integrations between Coupa and ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Workday).
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues with cross-functional teams.
