Responsibilities

• Establish lines of communication with departments to integrate information for accurate reporting.
• Disseminate cost information to enhance project decision making.
• Communicate with suppliers and project staff to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor, share and analyze data for accurate project forecasting.
• Assist in annual budget development and related reporting.
• Assist in reviewing contracts for cost tracking and forecasting.
• Develop project controls guidelines and tools.
• Support implementation of cost preventive action.
• Prepare standard and special cost reports for stakeholders.
• Provide reports and insights on core cost needs and reporting.
