Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and judgment in nonprofit settings.
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting for large organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead revenue diversification initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic problem-solving.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit finance, philanthropy, and arts/culture sectors.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse partners.
  • Commitment to discretion and handling confidential information.
  • Excellent written, analytical, and interpersonal communication.
  • Willingness to attend occasional evening/weekend events.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; degree required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness: develop and implement organizational strategy with the Executive Director.
  • Finance & Operations: manage annual operating budget and day-to-day financial administration.
  • Revenue Diversification: lead earned revenue strategies and explore new ventures.
  • Organization-Wide Administration: oversee policies, compliance, records, and vendor relationships.
