Job summary

Asplundh Engineering Services in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Controls Project Manager to lead complex electrical engineering projects from design through commissioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, interface with clients, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 5–10 years of experience, proficiency with REVIT/CAD and Microsoft Office, and PMP where possible.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Engineering Management, or a similar discipline (preferred).
Five to ten years of experience.
Experience with REVIT is an advantage.
PMP Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects with varying team members.
Coordinate project designs with clients, business development staff, Managers and Engineers to coordinate project designs.
Work with existing clients and new prospects to identify business opportunities.
Prepare engineering proposals and fee estimates.
Prepare management reports for internal and external use.
Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules and personnel.
Coordinate and manage CAD and engineering quality control.
Utilize basic engineering principles and practical design solutions for scope development.
Coordinate and oversee design and quality control of system enclosure, communications, Point to Point Wiring and related diagrams.
