Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of surety underwriting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage distribution channels with brokers, agents, and partners.
• Review and evaluate bond submissions to determine risk and terms.
• Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess principals.
• Determine bond amounts, terms, and conditions based on risk.
• Collaborate with brokers and principals to collect necessary information.
• Stay current on regulations, underwriting standards, and competitors.
• Travel as needed and manage multiple tasks in a high-performance team.
