The role involves tracking requirements, supporting invoices, maintaining records, analyzing data, and preparing performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction or safety.
• Experience in construction and safety environment recommended.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced computer skills for project management software, spreadsheets, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction-related activities including schedules, safety, and meetings.
• Maintain construction logs, notes, and contractor documentation.
• Track approvals, deliverables, and milestones with follow-up actions.
• Provide planning and administrative support to Construction Managers.
• Prepare status reports and communicate project milestones to stakeholders.
• Support cost allocation and data collection for projects.
