gpac is seeking an experienced Construction Defect Defense Attorney for its California practice. The role offers mentoring, professional development, and long-term career growth within a collaborative team.

The successful candidate will handle a diverse construction defect caseload, manage matters independently, and work with senior litigators on sophisticated litigation from inception to resolution. A hybrid schedule is available with two days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of construction defect defense litigation experience.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar admission and in good standing.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Solid case management and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned matters.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
