Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute test script types using multiple tools and technologies
• Manage incoming requests within technology applications to plan and prioritize work
• Provide testing updates to internal stakeholders
• Document and maintain evidence of testing to satisfy contractual requirements
• Communicate escalations to the Configuration Manager and Config Analyst
• Coordinate with internal project team to ensure testing is delivered according to standards and project timeline
• Contribute to development of manual and automated tests
• Execute testing across a broad range of solutions
• Proactively review, consume, and enhance internal knowledge base documentation; share insights and lessons learned with the team

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) preferred
