Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, compliance, audit support, or related business operations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Tracker development and maintenance.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Audit Support: Collect, validate, and organize information for audits; monitor readiness; follow up for required documentation; resolve missing data.
Data Management & Analysis: Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources; perform data quality reviews; maintain trackers and reporting tools; identify trends and risks.
Reporting & Executive Communication: Develop reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive summaries; present data clearly; ensure timely delivery and quality.
