Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in federal and state matters.
• Experience handling financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary duties, and related disputes.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and argue motions, take and defend depositions.
• Handle complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Prepare cases for trial and manage litigation from start to finish.
