Job summary

Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises Employment Services is seeking a Communications & Outreach Student Assistant to support advertising, marketing, and outreach for the new Certified Wellness Coach II (CWC II) Program. The position will run through January 15, 2027, with the opportunity to continue in future semesters based on performance, continued student enrollment status, and availability of grant funding.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates are creative, organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Canva or other design tools preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with advertising, marketing, and outreach for the CWC II Program.
• Create promotional materials, flyers, brochures, and web content.
• Produce social media content and help edit a program video.
• Support in-person events and outreach at local colleges.
