Job summary

Fullstory is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our growing legal team in a hybrid role based in Atlanta. You will lead negotiation and drafting of Master Services Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, and vendor contracts, partnering with Sales, Product, Eng, and Marketing.

You should have a JD with active bar admission and 3+ years of experience in technology deals, SaaS terms, and data protection, plus a track record of leveraging AI in legal workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a law firm and/or in-house negotiating terms and conditions, technology agreements, data processing agreements, or similar at a cloud or software company.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one state bar and a J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Experience with SaaS systems and a track record of leveraging them for negotiations.
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts into actionable recommendations for all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with AI-specific legal issues and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and drafting of Master Services Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, order forms, NDAs, and vendor contracts end-to-end.
• Use AI to accelerate first-pass review while applying sound legal judgment and owning every word published under your name.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Eng, and Marketing to align deals with business goals and risk tolerance.
• Oversee outside counsel and manage cross-functional legal projects to improve automation and playbooks.
