Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in municipal water/wastewater construction or design.
• Experience as Project Manager on municipal water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, budgeting, risk analysis, and stakeholder engagement in pursuit and preconstruction.
• Develop GMP budgets, bid packages, and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and operations teams to ensure design and preconstruction success.
• Manage schedules and preconstruction milestones in P6; support transition to construction.
