Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Solution Architect on a hybrid basis to design, document, and guide the implementation of technology solutions for gas operations, including storage and distribution systems.

The role partners with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and engineers to deliver end-to-end architecture across projects, maintain artifacts in Jira and Confluence, and advance cloud adoption, modernization, and infrastructure transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT architecture experience.
• Understanding of utility operations.
• Experience establishing architecture governance, standards, and roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies; Jira and Confluence usage.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and guide the implementation of technology solutions for gas operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and engineers.
• Design end-to-end technology solutions supporting the portfolio.
• Work within Agile delivery teams to provide architectural guidance and maintain Jira/Confluence artifacts.
• Assist with application modernization, cloud adoption, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential technology conflicts across projects and units.
