Job summary

PGTEK is seeking a Cloud Services Engineer to design, deploy, automate, and support secure hybrid cloud infrastructure across DISA environments.

The role emphasizes Morpheus, VMware vSphere, SDN, KMS, and automation with PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible, with ~50% travel and U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise cloud and are adept at collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud, virtualization, or infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on Morpheus cloud management experience.
• Strong VMware vSphere administration (ESXi, vCenter).
• Experience with SDN and KMS implementations.
• Familiarity with DoD, Federal, or other highly regulated environments.
• Proficient in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPN).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, automate, and support secure hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy, administer, and optimize VMware vSphere environments.
• Provision and automate cloud resources using Morpheus.
• Support hybrid cloud spanning on-premises and public cloud platforms.
• Implement and maintain SDN and encryption services with KMS.
• Automate deployments using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements including NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
