Job summary

Cloudy Technologies is seeking a software engineer to build security automation and policy-as-code across cloud platforms. You will implement Terraform and OPA-based controls, and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.

Based in the Atlanta area or willing to relocate, you will collaborate with client engineering teams and help transfer knowledge while contributing to AI-driven compliance tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms - Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA metro (hybrid; HQ in Roswell).

Responsibilities

• Build security automation, policy-as-code (Terraform, OPA), and CI/CD security integrations.
• Develop tooling that connects cloud-native security services across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Contribute to our internal AI-driven compliance and detection tooling.
• Work directly with client engineering teams - knowledge transfer is part of the job.
