Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related quantitative field.
- At least 1 year of financial-sector experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Analyze new and existing ratings on CLOs using proprietary models.
- Support transaction analysis, model review and drafting committee materials.
- Review transaction documents to identify and assess credit risks.
- Prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee.
- Draft rating action commentaries explaining rating decisions to market participants.
- Contribute to recurring and ad hoc research publications.
