Job summary

The University of Michigan seeks a Clinical Research Technician/Clinical Research Assistant (Term Limited) to join the Chronic Pain and Fatigue Research Center within the Department of Anesthesiology. You will support multiple research projects, coordinate tasks, manage data, and help ensure regulatory compliance under supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Science or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Science or related field desirable.
• Advanced degree in health-related area or related experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data handling is expected.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical research activities for single-center and multi-center studies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and IRB procedures.
• Perform study coordination tasks and data management for various research projects.
• Assist with reports, regulatory documents, and participant scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage study-related communications and logistics.
