Job summary

Aequor is seeking a hands-on Clinical Research Scientist (Oncology/Hematology) for a long-term contract in Princeton, NJ. This hybrid role requires on-site presence Tue–Thu and involves leading trial execution, data cleaning, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will author essential study documents, review clinical data listings, and interpret efficacy and safety signals to support milestones and regulatory submissions. A strong oncology background is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Life Sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years drug development experience in pharma/biotech.
• 2+ years Oncology, Hematology-Oncology preferred.
• Hands-on data cleaning and core clinical document generation.
• Local to Princeton, NJ or Pleasanton, CA with 3 days on-site Tue-Thu.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Document Authoring: draft protocols, CSRs, IBs, DSURs, regulatory submissions, and publications.
• Hands-on Data Review & Cleaning: review EDc data listings, ensure data quality and protocol compliance.
• Clinical Data Interpretation: evaluate efficacy, safety, and biomarker data to support risk assessments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations, Data Mgmt, Biostatistics, and Medical Writing.
