Job summary

University Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Research Program Manager for the Seidman Cancer Center in a hybrid role. The incumbent will lead the CTU research program, supervise operations, and ensure trials meet SOPs, GCP, and sponsor guidelines while advancing department efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 5+ years of clinical research experience, including supervisory responsibilities, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience including at least 3 years in management/supervision/project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the clinical research program for the UH SCC Clinical Trials Unit (CTU).
• Oversee organization of research operations with proper resource allocation and protocol adherence.
• Assist the Director, Clinical Trials to maximize efficiency of management control systems, programs, policies, methods, and procedures.
• Manage clinical trial processes ensuring documentation and reporting in compliance with SOPs, GCP, sponsor guidelines and regulations.
• Oversee program-wide projects and provide training for clinical team members.
