• Leads governance, budgeting, and cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Provides guidance on regulatory compliance, audits, and training.
• Partners with department leaders to sustain program growth and quality.
• Supports study intake, feasibility, PRMC submissions, and trial coordination.
