Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Epic & REDCap is helpful
• Reliable transportation, local travel will be required; mileage reimbursed

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes new IRB research proposals, amendments, continuing review applications and adverse event reports according to policies and regulations
• Maintains documents required for regulatory authorities and sponsors throughout conduct of trials
• Participates in site visits to review research, source documents and procedures
• Identifies equipment and supplies needed to fulfill project requirements
• Determines eligibility of candidates for study participation and ensures continued eligibility
• Ensures studies are completed in a timely manner via effective screening and recruitment
• Records data from source documentation onto case report forms with accuracy
• Resolves queries in a timely manner
• Ensures data collection/storage complies with regulations and good clinical practice
• Performs packaging and shipping of study specimens per guidelines
• Manages study budgets and billing to maintain compliance
• Acts as advocate for human subjects and maintains communications with investigators, sponsors and participants
• Participates in ongoing informed consent process and related training and programs
