Job summary

LifeStance Health in Wichita, KS is seeking licensed psychologists for outpatient care in a hybrid setting. This role offers a performance-based compensation model with uncapped earnings and rewards including a yearly cash bonus and sign-on bonus.

You will work with children, adolescents, and adults, performing psychological testing as needed, with no on-call or night shifts, and supported by a strong administrative team and modern offices.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Kansas (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Experience with psychological testing of children, adolescents, and/or adults (preferred).
• Able to commute to Wichita, KS.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychological services in a hybrid in-person/telehealth model.
• Collaborate with LifeStance Health clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state licensing and professional standards.
