Job summary

Compass Group Oswego, NY is seeking a Clinical Dietitian in a hybrid role with 2 days remote and 3 onsite. The position offers $75K–$80K annually, with a strong benefits package to support education, career growth, and professional success.

You will provide nutrition therapy in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team at Morningstar Senior Living. New graduates are welcome, and onboarding is structured to guide your professional development as an RDN.

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff and community.
Evidence‑Based Practice: Apply latest research in line with diet manual and facility protocols.
Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction.
Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training
