Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Client Support Representative to join the Service Call Center, focused on inbound client assistance, form processing, and compliance. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least four days in the office at our Minnesota hub in Oakdale.

Starting with customer service, you will learn our platform and policies, handling inquiries, completing forms, and supporting advisors to ensure accurate, timely service for Osaic’s house accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience; proven results in solving issues
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with Advisors regarding service issues
• Ability to read and interpret company policies, manuals and guides

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Respond to questions regarding accounts, products, services and procedures
• Research and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
• Review, verify, and process service forms submitted by clients
• Follow workflows and SLAs to meet turnaround times
• Communicate with clients regarding missing information or corrections
• Adhere to policies, regulatory requirements and data privacy standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery
• Identify trends and provide feedback to leadership
