Marsh is seeking a driven professional to join our BCS Client Retention team. The role supports long-term client retention by analyzing data, identifying risks, and coordinating proactive engagement with client teams and executives.

You will maintain dashboards, manage the at-risk register, and document action plans, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to turn insights into practical improvements. Hybrid work is supported in the US.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years in operations, client service enablement or analytics.
• Experience with operational datasets and dashboards; strong documentation.
• Ability to support client-facing meetings with executives.

Mansioni

• Maintain the retention dashboard and scoring inputs; ensure data quality.
• Maintain the at-risk register and prepare risk review materials.
• Coordinate targeted client engagement and stay interviews.
• Document intake details, tiering, action plans, owners, milestones, and client communications.
• Track post-resolution monitoring windows and sustainment indicators.
• Identify trend themes and surface insights with recommended actions.
• Maintain knowledge base of playbooks and templates; support training enablement.
