Responsibilities

• Own accurate and complete setup of projects in Workday and related systems, including scopes of work, change orders, and billing structures.
• Enforce billing policies and ensure invoices are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time across client platforms.
• Monitor AR/WIP and reconcile data between systems; support project close activities.
• Coordinate with project managers and client finance leads to keep transactions moving.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for contracts, amendments, and supporting materials.
