Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Representative - Workers Compensation to analyze claims for our clients, determine benefits due, and adjudicate cases within service expectations and client requirements.

This role supports non-resident jurisdictions with licensing in TX/FL or other states, offering hybrid work with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home for those near Chicago, IL and opportunities for growth within a caring culture.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing in TX/FL or non-resident state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions.
