Qualifications

• Experience as a Claim Specialist in auto and/or property claims.
• Proficiency with CCC, Xactimate, XactContents and estimating tools.
• Strong knowledge of auto/property policies, coverage and regulations.
• Ability to assess damages, estimate repairs, and negotiate settlements.

• Apply policies and regulations to determine coverage and liability.
• Handle high-volume calls, written correspondence, and other media.
