Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in state employee roles and claims adjusting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hands-on administration of the Workers’ Compensation Act and Rules of Procedure for claims.
• Provides daily reviews, monetary audits, education, and training for all parties involved in claims.
• Interprets case law, statutes, and rules; coordinates with insurance carriers and TPAs to ensure compliance.
