Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication skills with agents, insureds, and claimants.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with standard business software and PC use.
• Strong knowledge of policy language, insurance principles, and coverage details.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage settlement of assigned claims with independent judgment.
• Conduct on-site inspections and prepare underwriting reports.
• Serve as liaison between Home Office and agency force to adjust claims.
• Maintain timely and accurate communication with agents and insureds.
• Ensure actions comply with insurance contracts and pay fair claim amounts.
• Travel to district offices as needed and work beyond standard hours.
