River to Tap, Inc. (R2T) is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our growing engineering group, delivering water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects across the eastern United States. The role supports both Roswell, GA and Alexandria, VA offices with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Responsibilities include developing engineering solutions, producing design drawings and reports, reviewing contractor submittals, and coordinating resources to ensure on-time project delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the engineering and consulting industry.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD-based software; Civil 3D and Revit experience preferred.
• Design and planning experience for municipal facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute the development of engineering solutions to address process and linear components associated with water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities.
• Prepare and review design plans including the preparation of engineering design drawings, technical specifications, and engineering reports.
• Review shop drawings and respond to requests for information from the contractor during construction.
• Research and develop sound technical solutions to address unit process and yard piping components associated with water, wastewater, and stormwater-related facilities.
• Conduct on-site inspection/investigation including survey and documentation of client/facility issues and solutions. Develop reports of investigative findings, repair drawings and specifications as required.
• Manage multiple tasks; this includes establishing goals and objectives for project teams and monitoring schedules and budgets to ensure effective completion of work accordingly.
• Schedule and coordinate project resources to prepare and deliver projects including detailed design drawings and specifications, technical reports and planning documents.
• Maintain project records and perform all other assigned duties.
