You will represent public and private clients across Washington State, handling a broad range of litigation matters and serving as a trusted advisor. Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
• 5 to 10 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience handling motion practice, depositions, hearings, and case management.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of civil litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions and manage discovery processes.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Advise clients on dispute resolution, risk management, and legal compliance.
