Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation-driven caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis on complex factual and legal issues.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials with increasing responsibility.
• Take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and legal staff on case strategy.
