CyberCoders is recruiting a Full-Time Litigation Associate Attorney for a well-regarded California law firm. The role offers full-time, hybrid work in either Sacramento or San Francisco and focuses on complex civil litigation.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D. from an accredited law school, is admitted to the California Bar, has 2–6 years of general civil litigation experience, and is authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Salary ranges from $160k to $220k with bonus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 2–6 years substantive general civil litigation experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 1,750 billable hours requirement.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses, including dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses.
• Appear at hearings, conferences, mediations, arbitrations.
• Conduct complex legal research and provide strategic analysis.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client relations.
• Coordinate trial preparation: exhibit lists, witness outlines, expert coordination.
