The EADS Group in Johnstown, PA is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our multi-disciplined engineering firm. The role includes leading a variety of projects, client meetings, and guiding the design team in a hybrid work environment.

You will oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while supporting the project management group and contributing to client satisfaction and firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is required.
• 5 years of experience in municipal/stormwater management or site development.
• Experience with regulatory permitting, proposal preparation, project and client management.
• Proficiency using Autodesk Civil 3D and other engineering software; PA PE license or ability to obtain within one year.

• Lead a variety of civil engineering projects from municipal to site development and client meetings.
• Set clear priorities for the team and oversee the design team to ensure progress.
