Job summary

Community Services Institute (CSI) is seeking in-office Child Mental Health Therapists to join our Springfield behavioral health team. Therapists will provide client-centered therapy to children ages 5–13 in person, with trauma-informed approaches and support for administrative tasks.

Clinicians will complete assessments and treatment plans, participate in collaboration with psychiatry and the Therapeutic Mentor program, and accommodate evenings to align with client schedules; CSI offers hybrid

Qualifications

• Clinicians will provide psychotherapy and consultation to children ages 5-13.
• Collaborate with CSI’s psychiatry and Therapeutic Mentor program.
• Complete assessments and develop goal-directed treatment plans
• Evenings are required to accommodate clients’ work and school schedules.
• Maintain 22 billable therapy and consult hours per week
