Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as Assistant Controller or Controller or equivalent.
• Experience with professional services or client-facing roles preferred.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client's accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add value to the client.
• Collaborate with client to set financial policy and strategy.
• Drive capital planning, risk management, KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Lead financial administration, planning, and budgeting.
• Oversee longer-term budget planning and cost management.
• Monitor budgets and present operational metrics.
• Coordinate audit activities and manage multiple client engagements.
