Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking a Compliance, Asset, Security, & Configuration Management (CASC) Manager to own and mature the organization's compliance posture, asset lifecycle, security configuration standards, and change/configuration management practices. This role is a full product-ownership position in a cloud-native, CMMC Level 2-obligated environment.

The ideal candidate will be technically fluent across cyber, cloud, and compliance domains, able to drive outcomes independently from

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with IT asset management and lifecycle tracking.
• Familiarity with configuration/change management tooling (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Excellent documentation and audit-ready work product.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the organization's compliance posture against CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and related requirements.
• Own IT asset inventory and lifecycle across environments.
• Manage baseline security configuration standards and monitor drift.
• Oversee Change Control Board (CCB) and risk-based change management.
• Support security incident response with context on configurations, assets, and compliance.
• Maintain Confluence/KB documentation for CASC processes.
