Job summary

Senior Helpers Albuquerque is seeking an On-Call Caregiver & Field Representative to join our locally owned team in Albuquerque, NM. This hybrid, full-time role combines hands-on in-home care with field coordination duties to ensure service excellence.

You will respond to last-minute care needs, complete client visits, perform caregiver check-ins, and support the office in scheduling and communication. Our caregivers value reliability, compassion, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, think on your feet, and handle changing priorities.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and companionship when coverage gaps occur.
• Assist with daily living activities including meal prep and transportation.
• Respond to short-notice shifts, evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled.
• Conduct in-home quality assurance visits and caregiver check-ins.
